HostBrr started with one server, one mission, and zero marketing budget. What we have instead is a reputation — earned post by post on LowEndTalk, one satisfied customer at a time.
HostBrr didn't start in a boardroom. It started with a frustration shared by a lot of people in the self-hosting community: why does budget hosting have to mean slow hardware, overloaded nodes, and support that ghosts you for days?
Philip — known as labze across the LowEndTalk community — provisioned a single AMD Ryzen server in Falkenstein, Germany in 2022 and started offering plans to people he'd been talking with in the forums. No reseller panels, no inflated margins — just honest hardware at prices that made sense.
Word spread the old-fashioned way. People posted benchmarks, shared their experience, and the threads kept coming back positive. "Unbelievably good." "Surprised with HostBrr." "They're awesome." The community did the marketing.
Today, HostBrr is registered as PFWeb Solutions in Denmark and operates infrastructure across four regions — but the philosophy hasn't changed. Every euro saved on ad spend goes back into the hardware you're actually running on.
A single AMD Ryzen node goes live in Germany. Plans are offered directly to the LowEndTalk community — no website, no marketing.
Officially founded in Glostrup, Denmark. USA (New Jersey) and Singapore locations added. Webhosting and reseller plans launch with cPanel and DirectAdmin.
AMD Ryzen 9 9950X Frankfurt nodes launch with 10 Gbps uplinks and DDR5 ECC RAM. NVMe-cached HDD Storage Boxes go live — a community-first at this price point.
European redundancy grows with Helsinki capacity. Dedicated-resource VDS tier added. The community keeps growing — so do we.
We don't run ads. Our reputation comes from real users posting real experiences on LowEndTalk.
"Uptime and speed impressed me. Through an entire year, the only downtime I saw was when HostBrr was upgrading their infrastructure. That's the right kind of downtime."

No surprise renewal hikes. No padded plans. What you see is what you pay — every cycle, every time.
Born on LowEndTalk, shaped by real feedback. We don't use focus groups — we use the forum.
AMD Ryzen 9, DDR5 ECC, NVMe Gen4. Budget price doesn't mean budget specs — not here.
Philip handles support personally. No bots, no tier-1 scripts — just direct answers from the person who built it.
Every node runs on hardware you'd normally find in dedicated servers three times the price. We don't compromise on the stack — because slow servers make unhappy users, and unhappy users write posts we don't want to read.
